Saskatchewanians are being invited to turn out the lights for 2 hours on December 21, 2008, and light some candles.

When: 3:00pm - 6pm Candle Workshop, 7pm Candle Light Unplugged Concert and Storytelling

Where: the Exchange, 2431 8th St., Regina



Doors open at 6pm. Limited seating, come early!
